Each piece is sealed with a non-toxic, waterproof sealant to protect against moisture and everyday wear. To keep your item looking its best:

- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools.

- Do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher.

- For indoor use or shaded areas only — prolonged sun exposure may cause fading, discoloration, or surface cracking.

- While durable, concrete can chip or break if dropped, so handle with care.

- Candle wax or oils may cause staining — use caution if using fragrance oils, wax melts, or candles.

Each piece is individually handmade, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of concrete, slight variations are to be expected — including small air bubbles, minor surface chips, subtle color differences, and unique texture patterns. These characteristics are part of the charm and individuality of handcrafted work and do not affect the functionality or durability of the piece.

Safety is our priority. Burn candles on heat-resistant surfaces, away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and extinguish carefully. Let the vessel cool completely before handling.

Transform your vessel into a unique candle holder with the optional candle kit. The kit contains:

- 1 ounce of your chosen fragrance oil

- 20 Wicks (2.5 inches each): Trim the wicks to the appropriate size. They burn for up to 10 hours total.

- 190 grams of Ice Palm Wax (double the amount of wax needed to fill the bowl): Renewable wax with a longer burn time.

For products turned into candles using our ice palm wax, setup is simple.

Pour the granulated wax into the vessel, then cut the wick to the appropriate size ensuring that ¼ inch exposed. If using multiple wicks, ensure at least 2 inches of space between each. Add a few drops of your favorite fragrance oil, and it’s ready to burn. Once the wick has burned down, simply replace it along with any dried wax remnants to reuse the candle.
